We are a growing and expanding UK online holiday property site specialising in working direct with owners and partners who feature on our site. Thousands of visitors find our site everyday and many book each day, or recommend us to a friend.

Low advertising rates
You pay a low, one off fee to advertise your holiday home with us. For each booking we get we charge a fee of 10% of the total booking amount. Upon the first booking of your property we will refund the cost of advertising back to you.

All enquiries come directly to us, and we look after the calendar and inform you of all bookings made. So you dont have to worry over the administration and queries of rentals of your property. We will do it all. But of course always liaise with you as to how things are going.

Easy to use calendar so you can see the availability of your property, and bookings made, your property will appear prominently on Advanced Searches for available dates. Along with a property type and area listing.

How do I advertise my property with you?
Once you have registered, you can access our admin section where you can complete a series of online forms, which cover:

Property description
Prices
Photos
Availability

Once you have completed entering your information, we will review and process your advert. We will do our best to get you listed straight away, but at peak periods it may take 3-5 days for your property to be live on the site.

To get the most from your listing/Property and to assist us with getting you the bookings you reply.

Looking at the other properties similar to yours  in your area - compare your location, facilities and rental prices and ensure that you are competitive.

Look at your photos - are they bright, sunny, sharp and colourful? A swimming pool under a grey sky does not look inviting!

Are internal photos uncluttered, showing as much space and light as possible? Think about putting table, chairs, sunloungers and parasols on your patio or balcony.

Also take a look at the description of your property and its location - holidaymakers like to know exactly what they are getting, how far it is to shops and restaurants and places of interest to visit. You may also like to consider placing a special offer on certain weeks.

*All prices exclude VAT 

Residents of the United Kingdom will be charged 17.5% VA.

Residents of all other EC member countries are not required to pay UK VAT providing they are placing their advertisement for business purposes.

Residents of countries outside the EC are not required to pay UK VAT.
